Sleek Face Form

SHADE, HIGHLIGHT, COLOUR

I’ve been wanting to purchase the blush in rose gold and contour kit from Sleek for ages but it has always been sold out everywhere I looked in store. Now they have released it together to form a face kit, I have purchased this in the end as I am not blessed with cheek definition naturally. Saves space in my makeup storage and great for travelling. Sleek, black, sophisticated packaging with good size pans of the products, contour, highlighter and blusher. Has a nice sized mirror, useful for travelling.

The contour is a matte brown shade. It looks a tad orange in my swatches however it isn’t whatsoever in real life. There are no shimmers in it whatsoever therefore giving a more natural look with a light hand. This is a pigmented contour powder therefore a little goes a long way with this. I use this to define and sculpture my cheeks. Does a good job and matched my skin tone perfectly! Can be used alone as a bronzer.

The highlighting powder is a champagne shade with quite a bit of shimmers. Luckily these shimmers aren’t chunky therefore you won’t look like a glitter ball. It works well with the contour powder however, do use this sparingly otherwise it won’t look natural. I do have oily skin and do find that too much of this would make me look oily as compared to a natural dewy finish.

Rose Gold is the most popular shade blush since it was sold out in every Superdrug I look in. This is known to be a good dupe for the NARS blush in Orgasm, also a dupe for the Majolica Majorca Cheek Customise blush in RD255. It is a warm pink, peach shade with gold shimmers. This is a beautiful shade in my opinion and brightens up my warm complexion. It’s great to wear alone or with the contouring.

All 3 are long lasting, soft and very blendable, however I did sometimes find that it isn’t long lasting. That tends to be my bad days. Easy and smooth to apply. Great for beginners who doesn’t know where to start with contouring. Also a great alternative for those who doesn’t want to purchase the contour kit and blusher separately. This is going to be with me on my travels. For the price, it’s worth it for the quality and it’s 3 in 1 kit.

Seems like a good product but its a shame about the staying power. Do you think it would last longer with a setting spray on top?

I already have the light-medium one. I'm thinking about getting the medium-dark one for testing (and because I love brown blushes)
    I think that it's a really nice kit and travel-friend :3
