BRING ON THE KNITS

September is here and we all know summer has ended and autumn is here to stay for the next 3 months. I was enjoying the summer but I cannot wait to be walking around the flat in my onesie, wrapped up in bed with a hot chocolate watching Netflix. A little birdy had told me we are getting an Indian Summer this month so I may have to wait a tad longer.

I was online window shopping and have fallen in love with loose knitted dresses. It is definitely a great summer to autumn transition piece. I have found three dresses I personally like a lot and have thought about how I would style all three. After looking at these, I’m definitely feeling a shopping spree when pay day comes. Grey seems to be the theme to this but there’s no such thing as too much grey!

What do you think of the outfits I had put together?

One of the things I used to love about this type of season (rainy, stormy) is that it's an excuse to wear knit fashion. Those are really pretty! I especially love the blue one.

This makes me miss fall so much! The only autumn-ish thing I can do here in the Philippines is wear bold lipsticks because it's hot all year long 🙁

I love knit wear, mostly loose oversized tops that I can easily pair with leggings and boots. I just can't sport that here in Manila since is hot all the time, comfort before fashion in a tropical country is the only way I can survive my enemy – heat! Haha.

I prefer the first set of collection. The high socks and the hat really goes together. Great combination. We should be wearing knits by now too but because we have El Nino in the country, I don't think I'll ever get to take out those knits for this year.

Knitted wear is perfect for the cold weather because it's a lot warmer. It's also really fashionable.

I actually have one knitted dress that I haven't used ever since I had it. The weather is just too hot in our country to use it. But it looks super nice!
