WAIT WHAT MAKEUP?
I can now understand why this is an award winning foundation and is a popular product. Can you tell which side I have used this product on in the second from bottom photo above? It made my skin glowing and even! This is my first mineral product and this gave me a pretty good first impression. It gives a decent coverage as this is buffed in but I still require concealer for my dark circles and blemishes for that extra coverage. This can be a buildable for that tad extra coverage whilst looking natural. It feels like there’s nothing on my skin, very lightweight, good for summer and humid climates. I actually thought that this shade (golden medium) would be be too yellow or dark for me but it’s actually a perfect match. Gives a matte, smooth finish with a satin feel.
The one thing I didn’t like about this was the amount of fall out. Even lightly tapping into the product, you get some fall out. I see it as a waste. This didn’t control the oils. Had to blot after 2 hours but then again, I applied it straight onto the skin. If I used this to set foundation, I would most likely have to blot after 3-4. The oils didn’t melt the powder. It’s still there. I haven’t seen any skin improvements but it’s still early days. This product has SPF 15, protecting your skin. Hasn’t irritated or broken me out.
This is my to go foundation for those lazy makeup days. Packaging is a bit chunky but I just pop it into my bag with the brush. If you’re a mineral foundation lover, I believe that you will like this product. For the price tag, I’m really unsure. Maybe if it controlled oil well, I would pay that much.
You can purchase this in Marks & Spencer instore and online. You can also purchase it on their official website if you’re outside of the UK. Marks & Spencer have a Pür Minerals offer starting today.
