FORZA Hydratrim: £25.00*

GLUCOMANNAN

Snacks here, there, everywhere. They are my weakness as I could eat a big packet of crisps that feeds 4 or a whole tub of ice cream in one sitting. Work is the worst. I would cave into cake and any other treats. These were the reason that is stopping me from reaching my goal.

This Forza Hydratrim contains zinc to help metabolise carbs and fat, and Glucomannan which will gently expand into a gel like deposit in your stomach, reducing your food intake and keeping you fuller for longer. Glucomannan is an approved weight loss ingredient. To use this, you take two capsules 30 minutes before your meal with a glass of water at breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is a cap as to how much you should take per day - 6. Even though this was a 30 day supply, it took me longer to use up as I was ill quite a lot (not because of this) and one other reason which I will explain below.

Some people will ask why am I taking these or make any other comments about it, then again, I did hit a plateau for quite some time and needed to spice up my routine to get the summer body ready. These did do the trick, however, I did have to reduce from using them 3 times a day to once a day to a few times a week.

This definitely helped reduce my food intake and I didn't have the urge to snack or have any cravings. During the first 4-5 days of using it, I was using it 3 times a day, but then I had to reduce it to once a day. I do have a small stomach and it got to the point where I felt too full, I ended up missing a meal or even two, therefore changing it to use it once a day. This worked better, but my eating habits wasn't back to the 3 meals a day so decided to use it on my cheat days, high carb days or if I'm eating out during the week. I was able to regulate my eating after this change and felt better myself, physically and mentally.

In the end, this lasted me just over 2 months and I did lose around 2lbs. This doesn't sound a lot, nevertheless, I was working out 5-6 times a week and putting muscle weight on at the same time. Was I disappointed? No. I did feel leaner and it helped break me out of my plateau after a few other changes too. Personally, I would use this after my holidays or Christmas break. I do binge eat around these periods, but hey, you do have to let yourself go and enjoy it once in a while. These will help me get back on track. If I'm eating out, I would take these too.

They're easy to swallow and doesn't leave a nasty after taste. It also helps with your water intake too. If you do have a lot of weight to shed off, these will help you a lot better despite my own experience. They are £25 but there are offers currently on the Forza Supplements website and Holland and Barrett for cheaper. Would I recommend it? Yes, yes I would. This will still help me if I keep using it the way I currently am. Whatever your weight loss goal is, do take these into consideration as it can help kick start your journey.

Have you heard of FORZA?

  12. I work with young people with eating disorders and honestly, products like this make me so uncomfortable. Not something I'd ever consider using.

  14. I have never heard of Forza, and I wouldn't consider using this product either, as many others have stated. Things that make you miss meals aren't good for your metabolism. If people have problems with overeating it is usually because they have gone for a while without eating. Also, a lot of times the last thing they ate was of no nutritional substance. People should generally consume a small snack/meal every 2 to 3 hours. This could be a handful of almond, fruits, veggies, etc. These things actually give you long-lasting energy instead of a short burst, and they can hold you over until your next meal. In contrast, things like diet pills don't fix the underlying issue, which in your case is binge eating sweet and salty snacks. You should look into why you are craving these things. It might be that you are missing something in your diet that Forza is not going to give you. :)

  19. Sounds like an interesting product that could be helpful for some individuals. I'd like a bit more scientific research on how it works and any side effects before trying it though.

  20. These sound like a really interesting product, but I don't think they are something I would personally use.

  21. I do not know if you should take something like this without medical supervision. No therapeutic effects guaranteed for such products. Do not expect too much.

  22. Now I am hopeless when it comes to taking any form of pill, so these wouldn't be for me and mainly for the reasons others have stated x

  23. I don't think I've tried anything like this before. It sounds like a pretty helpful way to curb cravings and it's perfect for people who are trying to limit their food intake during the day.

  24. We don't all have a perfect metabolism and it's okay to get help sometimes. Especially if it's already affecting your health. I think this is perfect for people who are having a hard time balancing their meals!

  28. I haven't heard of FORZA. I'd be cautious about taking such supplements as I believe that a healthy diet and regular exercise is the way to go to lose weight. But I guess it's worth a try for those who have difficulty losing weight even with a healthy diet and regular exercise. Happy to hear you are satisfied with the results.

  29. This is a good read. For those who are struggling to lessen the food they intake, this is the answer!!! Just wondering if this can be purchased in the Philippines or only available online and can be shipped everywhere in the world including PI?

  31. I haven't heard of it before. If it's really that effective, it can easily be popularized among the communities of those who want to lose weight fast. Many people are in dire need of this kind of "magic" solution to lose excess fats.

  32. I have not heard about these but I usually dont take any supplement or tabs without a consultation.

    ReplyDelete
  33. I usually try to avoid taking pills that will curb appetite as they are not natural. I heard this will make the boobs small... haha, not sure if it's true but I don't wish to take the risk...

    ReplyDelete
  34. Natural is better! But sometimes, natural might not be enough for the body so supplements become important.

    ReplyDelete
  35. I've never thought of taking anything like these but I shall have to give it some more thought, especially since you feel like they've worked well! :)

  36. I dunno about the effectiveness of zinc. My doc said fibers are good. Taking fiber rich foods/supplements would fill the stomach and prevent hunger pangs!
