Toronto Beauty Haul

Sephora is so deadly. I just wanted to purchase items that were hard to get hold of within the UK and I was successful in this. Let’s just say, I wanted to cry when I had went to pay for my “little” shop. Let me show you why.

Kat Von D Five Fearless Years Limited Edition Tattoo Liner; Anastasia Beverly Hills Dipbrow Pomade; Tarte Tarteist Clay Paint Liner; Houglass Opaque Rouge Liquid Lipstick in Canvas (travel size); Smashbox Full Exposure Travel Palette;

Bite Beauty Cinnamon Plumping Lip Oil; Bite Beauty Matte Creme Lip Crayon in Glace; Nudestix Lip Pen in Hypnotic; Fresh Sugar Lip Petites;

Sephora Triple Action Cleansing Water; Green Tea Sleeping Mask; Tarte The Sculptor Contouring Face Slenderizer; Anastasia Beverly Hills Contour Kit; The Original BeautyBlender; Nars Blush/Bronzer Duo (travel size);

I had a weird experience too. That night, I was browsing through the items I had purchased and this was when I had realised there was no lip product in my Nudestix tin. I was so confused for the whole night thinking whether I was meant to put a product in or something else. I ended up heading back to Sephora the next day to tell them about this little mix up and even the sales assistance was confused about it too. This was a first they have heard of such thing but they were lovely and told me I could make an exchange.

Thank god it was my payday and was able to use my debit card to pay for all of this. I nearly cried when I had saw the total. I had purchased a few items for my sister too which aren’t pictured here. The checkout area is even more deadly. I did pick up a few travel sizes which would be perfect for me as I travel a lot!

There were many other products I had wanted myself but it was out of stock. I would say this was for the best for the time being. I had also visited the supermarkets to grab some food and of course, check out the beauty section. I had only picked up a few items from Covergirl.

Outlast All Day Long Lasting Lip Colour in Brazen Raisin 542; Cheekers Blush in True Plum 185 and Cinnamon Toast 156;

Of course, I couldn’t leave Toronto without visiting Bath and Body Works. I had popped in just to see what all of the fuss was about with this brand and now I can understand. So many nice smelly stuff! Why can’t the UK have this brand? I wanted to purchase candles and more candles but it would weigh my suitcase down unfortunately. Sniffing every scent they had in stock as you do, I had ended up choosing the Warm Vanilla Sugar scent and picked up the travel size miniatures.

On the flight back, stopping over in Paris, I had made a cheeky purchase from duty free. Not many of the airport exclusives shouted out to me. I ended up purchasing the Clinique Chubby Stick shadow set for €39 (£28). The shades included are Lots o’ Latte, Ample Amber, Curvaceous Coal.

Have you tried any of the items I have purchased?

    How fabulous to do a shop like this. I always do a beauty shop when I'm abroad too.
