Help: Beautify Skin: £22.94*

From the sub heading, you can guess that this supplement has anti-aging properties. This is a jelly supplement you take in to help maintain a nourished and radiant complexion with PravenAGE. PravenAGE is a mixture of CoEnzymeQ10, resveratrol, hydrolysed marine collagen, high extract aloe vera, and vitamin C. You can read how each for the ingredient benefits the skin here. With this blend of ingredients, it sounds like it would be miraculous for the skin, from the inside out.

Each box, you get 14 sachets all in one flavour, apple. When I had opened it, I get this mouth watering sweet apple scent right away. However the taste doesn’t live up to the expectations. There was a hint of the apple flavour however I can taste the aloe vera coming through which isn’t overwhelming. Aloe vera tastes bitter in it’s raw state but this is an extract so it’s not strong. I quite like the taste. It is sweet enough to cure my sweet craving. Each sachet has 15 calories which isn’t much therefore you can definitely have these on whatever diet you’re on without going overboard on your calorie intake.

The box recommends consuming 1-2 sachets a day. A box will last you a week if you consume it twice a day and it is definitely expensive. I stuck with one a day and can see small results. As hay fever has decided to take over my life, my skin tends to dry out no matter what. After two weeks, my skin hasn’t dried out. I can tell this was the help of the aloe vera extract as it is known to calm and nourish the skin.

As with the anti-aging properties, I couldn’t really tell a difference. Still being young as well as having the asian genetics, it’s hard for me to tell if I have seen any improvements when I don’t have any signs of ageing (thank you parents). The question is, would I recommend it? I have no idea. If you are wanting to try it, keep the price into consideration as you may see results after a week or it may take longer.

Have you tried any anti ageing supplements?

Im also lucky and have not noticed any signs of ageing, but at nearly 34 I should look into starting a regime to help my skin.

I have never tried any anti aging supplements but aging start slowly, hard to notice with our vision, prevention is better than cure. I might do some research on this one.

I would not be able to take this, although I would love to, but I would forget to take this. Plus the price tag puts me off a little so maybe I should try one that isn't too expensive.
