Yes, I've Caved #1

10 March 2015

OH THE TEMPTATION

Following on from the Trends I've Never Followed series, I've decided to do a new post series on the opposite and call it Yes, I've Caved. Easily influenced by the whole blogging and Youtube world. It can be hard to ignore it when you see it everywhere, being raved about. I'm limiting it to 5 items per post as the list is endless, with more future products to come.

Zara Skort - Oh my, I am so glad I had jumped onto this trend even if I was a few weeks late. I had purchased it in white, blue and black. They are so versatile and go with anything as the blue one is my most worn. I still even wear them this very day. I do have some that aren't from Zara and I'm still in love. I'll never get tired of them to be honest.

Zara Office City Bag - I remember the frustration of getting my hands on this. Sold out online and in store. The bag has been with me, through thick and thin, carrying it to work, on my travels, everywhere. I did do a review here. As I said in the review, wish they released this whilst I was at university. The bag has now been passed down to my sister. I miss it already. Currently reminiscing by looking at the photo above, wearing the skort too.

Bourjois cream blush - I was pretty adamant about using cream blushes but had plucked up the courage to purchase one. Bourjois was a cheaper alternative as compared to the higher brands I was looking at. You can read the full review here. Definitely good things!

Maybelline Instant Anti-Age the Eraser Eye Concealer - A very hyped up product but was disappointed in the end. I've barely touched it since I've reviewed it.

La Roche-Posay Effaclar Duo - The best thing that has ever come into light. My holy grail must have skincare item. My skin has never looked so beautiful. They did re-release it as La Roche-Posay Effaclar Duo Plus. I didn't find it better than the original but it still does it's job. Oh beautiful skin, how I love thee.

Did you cave into any of these?

  27. I don't shop at Zara and I've never understood the whole skort faze. But I'm a massive Bourjois fan so although I'm a little late I may have to try the creme blush out.
