Ah Chinese New Year is tomorrow, the year of the ram (my year, yay for 1991). It also means party season, well in the UK or just spending time with the family. This is definitely a very last minute outfit idea. The dress code at these parties tends to always be red and or gold which are the lucky colours (red symbolises happiness and health, and gold symbolises wealth and prosperity). Of course not everyone will follow the dress code but it’s fun to follow right? I’m definitely wearing red with gold accessories to celebrate this weekend.

Happy Chinese New Year’s Eve everyone! Yummy food I’m coming for you!

Between the Red and the White OOTD, I will prefer the white because it look more edgy and sophisticated. Red is more sensual. Btw, happy chinese new year.
