ROSY CHEEKS

Cheek masks, literally cheek masks. These gelatine like masks are really delicate and even with a gentle hand, I had still torn it even though you cannot see it in the image above. I feel like a big kid with these on. As cute as these are, do they perform well?

Each patch was full of moisture that it had kept slipping and doesn't adhere well. The amount of photo outtakes I have of these slipping and sliding whilst photographing are priceless. I had to keep pressing them onto the skin for the full 20 minute duration. This could be a problem for some.

There was a cooling sensation, soothing my cheeks making them feel refreshed. I couldn't really see much of a difference but can feel it slight moisturising them. However, it did leave a sticky feeling after removing them. Luckily it didn't break me out though. The scent is light, fruity and floral. It doesn't break the bank but it's quite a fun mask to do.

What do you think of this?

  2. I love cheek patches! My cheeks are the driest part of my face, so these help a bit. Especially if I use them just prior to applying my makeup.

I haven't tried these 'jelly-like' ones yet, but I did get a Minnie Mouse pack from Tokyo Disney and they work nicely! They're similar except mine are thinner, almost like paper, and they adhere really well to the skin even if they're soaked in essence/serum.

  11. First I wasn't sure what the point of them was... but when you said moisturizer for dry cheeks, okay! Looks like it needs a bit more engineering. ;-)
