Review: The instructions for this is to use it 10 minutes a day. I use it while I’m studying or watching tv or youtube etc. First time I’ve used this, I had to add a little bit of pressure on my first roll because it was new and that you’d had to “loosen” it a bit. The bumps on the rollers look painful and intimidating especially since your face has to fit inbetween. After the first use, it did hurt a bit but not too much, tolerable. After each session, my face sometimes gets a little red and warms up. This shows that blood is flowing which is good. You can feel the effects of it. Can be relaxing unless you find it painful. Nice way to destress. The bumps helps simulate this and to massage and tone the muscles in your face by adding pressure to them. I don’t use this religiously so I wouldn’t know if my face has slimmed down. Hmmm I would like to know this too. Might start to do it and get back to you guys about it.

A good thing about this is that the neck roller is detachable and can be used on other parts of your face. In my opinion, I’m sure you can use this on other body parts such as your arms. So this is a flexible product. The instructions on the packaging are in Japanese however you won’t need to understand it to know how to use it.

This is an inexpensive tool. You can purchase this off eBay for less than £3. If you purchase this and the bumps are rough, you can always sand them down.

I think I might get one and try it out!
My lips are often pale and I have no idea why…so I'm guessing it may be due to bad blood circulation?
    Thank you for the review.
